All the procedures in the examination system are done online . Choice Based Credit System . Semester and Gradation System has been implemented for all the courses in P.A. H. Solapur University , Solapur. Filling up the exam forms, getting question papers, displaying Time-Table, filling up the marks on Exam Portal P.A. H. Solapur University , Solapur ( M.K.C.L. ) declaration of results , ect , are being done through online mode . The University , with the help of college administration conducts the exam in a smooth manner . The Rules of exam and evaluationare displayed on university exam portal and also on notice board of college . Evaluation of university exams is being done through Central Assessment Process. The internal evaluation is being made by various methods like Seminars , Home Assignments , Tests , Tutorials, Debates, Group Discussions , Practical exam for physical department , Projects Works, ect. In short the examination and evaluation system is friendly user.

▶ Declaration of Result :- On University Website and College Notice Board .
▶ Student must appear for all Internal as well as University examination and evaluation .
▶ Student must read the timetable of examination displayed on notice board carefully abd check regularly the changes made in timetable if any .
▶ Student must be present in the examination hall 20 minutes before the start of examination.
▶ Student cannot enter an examination hall more than half an hour after the start of examination.
▶ Students are not allowed to carry any kind of study material, mobile phone with them during exam .
▶ Student should obey the instructions given by supervisor in the examination hall .
▶ Student must not leave the class until all answer books are collected by the supervisor.
▶ University and also College appoints Squad for conducting exams Smoothly .
